While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with Stars Above Us, we understand sometimes things don't quite work out. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.

Item can only be refunded due to these problems:

• Bad printing job
• Different details compared to what you put in the product selection

We package your frame nicely with our own box made for shipping purposes and wrapped carefully with bubble-wrap. If any damage happens during shipping, we will issue the complaint and ask for insurance to cover it. The refund will be based on the insurance of the shipping company (Pos Laju)
