Shipping Policy

What are your shipping and processing times?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. 

For normal completion, your product will be available for pickup / will be shipped within 5 working days. Extra 2-3 days will be required for product shipment itself. For fast completion, your item will available for pickup / will be shipped within 2 working days with additional RM 30 charge (option available at checkout)

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

For A2 orders, it will take 7 working days for processing. 

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it! There is also a button on our homepage navigation for tracking your order.

Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as delay due to PKP. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
